Florence Griffith-Joyner, she was known as Flo-Jo and is the fastest woman of all time. She won the gold medal for both the 100 meters and 200 meters, she set world record the day she was awarded gold medals and still holds it until this very day.
She couldn't set the record for the 400 meters because her injury prevented her from continuing running. She also designed basketball uniforms.
